Independence Day Cake
This two-tier Fourth of July cake was a classic white butter cake filled with lemon meringue buttercream and a base tier of dark chocolate cake filled with Italian meringue buttercream. Red fondant ribbon roses topped the cake and red and blue stars and stripes helped complete the theme.
